Nothing to cancel
Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
7-day refund
If you change your mind within 7 days of buying, email sbh.mech@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your Razorpay payment ID) and we will refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.
Access after a refund
When the refund is issued, access to the refunded units is removed.
How long it takes
We start the refund within 2 working days of your request. It goes back to the payment method you used, and banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.
After 7 days
Purchases can't be refunded after 7 days, except for duplicate payments or a technical problem we can't fix — those are refunded in full whenever you tell us.
Money debited but no access?
If a payment failed after money left your account, your bank normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If that doesn't happen, or if the payment succeeded but the unit didn't open, email sbh.mech@gmail.com with your payment ID and we'll sort it out.
